How do I adjust my workout plan?

To adjust your plan log in and tap on "my profile" to see all the factors that make up your plan. It is here that you can change your goals, equipment, health history and lifestyle habits.

How can I see my favorite exercises more frequently?

You see your favorite exercises more frequently by using the rating system that is located beneath each exercise video in the daily view and selecting four or five dumbbells.

How do I decrease the frequency of exercises that I don't enjoy doing?

You can decrease the frequency of exercises you don't enjoy doing by selecting one or two dumbbells on the rating system that is located beneath each exercise video in the daily view.

How do I make my workout more or less challenging?

At anytime, you can adjust your workout level by tapping on "Adjust Plan Level" under the "My Profile" tab. Here, you can adjust the Cardio and Strength workout difficulty levels. Both scales can and will effect aspects of the same workout.

If I'm experiencing a problem with my plan what should I do?

If you're experiencing problems with your plan you can visit the "talk to us" page and submit your question, comment or concern. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I increase the variety of exercises in my plan?

You can increase the variety of exercises in your plan by adding new equipment.

What size kettlebell should I start out with?

Typically men start with a kettlebell between 25 and 35 lbs while women start with a kettlebell between 10 and 17 lbs.

How do I log my food and view healthy recipes?

You can access your food log and healthy recipes by clicking on the “Nutrition” tab in the menu.

Can I change my plan for women’s issues like pregnancy?

To adjust your plan, log in and tap on "Plan feedback" tab. Here you can update the difficulty of your workout plan and new personal circumstances.
