So, what’s so special about water? Without question, water is the most important nutrient we consume! It plays a massive role in every major organ, physiological system and directly impacts exercise performance.  Exercising individuals who are dehydrated will fatigue earlier, lose coordination or, even worse, have a terrible injury.  A well hydrated muscle is 70-75% water, so why wouldn't you drink water before, during, and after exercise?

Do you want to improve your range of motion (ROM) in your muscles? In our last blog we talked about your unique range of motion. There are several ways to safely and effectively improve your ROM. Why would you want to increase ROM anyway? If you are training for a particular sport you should aim to have a little more functional ROM than is required for that sport. The same applies for the activities in your daily life.
